摘  要:HIC test and inclusion analysis are carried out to 16MnR heavy and medium plate with different S contents.The result show that HIC sensitivity of 16MnR reduces is excellent when the S content(sulphide inclusion).HIC resistance is excellent when the S content is not greater than 0 005 while the decrease of indusion A is obvious and inclusion is lower then class 0 5.HIC test and inclusion analysis are carried out to 16MnR heavy and medium plate with different S contents.The result show that HIC sensitivity of 16MnR reduces is excellent when the S content(sulphide inclusion).HIC resistance is excellent when the S content is not greater than 0 005 while the decrease of indusion A is obvious and inclusion is lower then class 0 5.
