420nm强脉冲光联合氯柳酊医学护肤品治疗面部痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察420 nm强脉冲光联合氯柳酊、医学护肤品治疗面部寻常痤疮的疗效。方法将64例面部中重度寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例采用420 nm强脉冲光联合氯柳酊、医学护肤品;对照组32例氯柳酊联合医学护肤品治疗。结果观察组和对照组有效率分别为81.3%和71.9%,观察组疗效和有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 420 nm强脉冲光联合氯柳酊、医学护肤品治疗面部痤疮的疗效优于氯柳酊联合医学护肤品。Objective To observe the curative effect of the 420nm intense pulsed light combined with chloramphenicol liniment、medical skin care products in treatment of facial moderate and severe ache vulgaris. Methods 64cases of moderate and severe ache vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group32 cases using 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with chloramphenicol liniment, medical skin care products in treatment; 32eases in the control group only applied chloramphenicol liniment and medical skin care products topically. Results The efficacy rate of the observation group and control group was 81.3 % and 71.9 % respectively, the therapeutic effect and efficacy rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01） .Conclusion 420 nan intense pulsed light ehloramphenicol liniment,medical skin care products in treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris is more effective than simple using of chloramphenicol liniment and medical skin care products.
