摘 要:试验研究了载体处理、物理处理和碱处理3种方法对对位芳纶染色性能的影响,分析了不同处理方式对提高对位芳纶染色深度和上染率的效果。结果表明,载体预处理和物理处理这两种方法对提高染色深度和上染率效果明显,碱处理对提高染色效果不显著;采用物理-载体综合处理工艺能显著提高染色效果。The effects of three treatments, including carrier on dyeing properties of para-aramid fiber were discussed in treatment, physical treatment and alkali treatment details. And the effects of different treatments on improving the fiber K/S value and dye uptake were also compared in this paper. Experimental results showed that the effects of carrier treatment and physical treatment on the fiber K/S value and dye uptake are both obvious; Although the dyeing effect does not increase significant using alkali treatment; Also, the effect of dyeing are improved significantly by the complex preprocessing of physical and carrier treatments.
