摘 要:近年来城市防洪防涝问题困扰着各个城市管理部门。老城区面临着如何提高雨水系统排水能力的问题,而新建城区则需要考虑如何建设具备较高排水能力的雨水系统。对于能起到削减洪峰、蓄存雨水的调蓄池则可在老城区提升改造及新城区的建设中发挥至关重要的作用。为使调蓄池真正得到推广应用,须重视规划、建设与管理等各阶段工作,并理顺其中的关系。通过研究老城区改造与新建城区两个案例中雨水调蓄池的设计,分析雨水调蓄池所具备的工程优势及经济效益。In recent years, the urban flood control and drainage problems are disturbing the local administration departments of every city. The old towns are facing how to improve the drainage capacity of rainwater system and the newly built towns are required to consider how to build the higher drainage capacity of rainwater system. The storage tank able to reduce the flood peak and store the rainwater can play the important role in the reconstruction of old town and the construction of new town. In order to practically popularize the storage tank, it is necessary to attach importance to the work in every stage of planning, construction and management, and to rationalize the relationship. The article studies the design of rainwater storage tanks in two cases of the old reconstructed town and the newly built town, and analyzes the engineering superiority and the economical benefit of rainwater storage tank.
