摘  要:乌鲁木齐外环改建扩容工程新建蜘蛛山隧道与既有蜘蛛山隧道为平行小净距隧道,新建隧道施工不仅应考虑自身隧道安全,而且须考虑施工对既有隧道安全运营的影响。基于隧道施工揭示的围岩情况,依据试验段施工情况和相关监测数据,将原隧道设计施工工法CD法优化调整为台阶法;场地内隧道出洞口地势较陡,原隧道设计的出洞洞口段超前大管棚施工难度大,将超前支护优化调整为洞内超前注浆小导管。蜘蛛山隧道施工工法和超前支护的优化调整安全合理可行,同时提高施工效率,缩短了工期。The newly built Zhizhu Mountain Tunnel of the Urumqi Outer Ring Reconstruction Extension Project and the existing Zhizhu Mountain Tunnel are the parallel small-spacing tunnels. The construction of newly built tunnel should consider not only the tunnel safety, but also the influence of construction on the safe operation of the existing tunnel. According to the status of surrounding rock in the tunnel construction and based on the construction condition and the relative monitoring data of the test section, the original tunnel design and construction method – CD method is optimized and adjusted to the benching tunneling method. The terrain at tunnel entrance is steeper and it is hard to construct the advanced pipe shed at the entrance section of the original tunnel design. The advanced supporting is optimized and adjusted to the small catheter grouting in advance. The construction method of Zhizhu Mountain Tunnel and the optimizing adjustment of the advanced supporting are safe, reasonable and feasible, and also can improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.
