摘 要:对于桥墩数量较多的桥梁,相比于传统现浇工艺,预制节段拼装桥墩的优点非常明显:在预制场预制构件,受外界干扰少;工厂化预制构件的质量容易控制;施工时对周边环境影响小,对交通影响小;现场拼装施工效率高,建设工期短。预制节段拼装桥墩已成为桥梁建设的一种趋势。该文综述了各国对于预制节段拼装桥墩的研究进展,综合来看采用预应力筋连接预制桥墩节段是较为合理的方式。For a bridge with more piers, the advantages of prefabricated segmental assembled bridge pier is very obvious by comparing with the traditional cast-in-situ technology. The prefabrication of components is externally interfered a little in the prefabrication field. The quality of plat prefabricated components is easy to control, and its influence is small on the surrounding environment and the traffic during construction. The efficiency of field assembling construction is high and the construction period is short. The prefabricated segmental assembled bridge pier has become a tendency of bridge construction. The article summarizes the study of prefabricated segmental assembled bridge pier in the countries. Comprehensively, the use of pre-stressed tendon to connect the prefabricated pier segment is the more reasonable method.
