低密度泡沫混凝土发泡剂的研究

摘　　要：为研制出高质量泡沫以保证低密度泡沫混凝土的优良性能,通过理论研究确定发泡剂种类,以发泡剂的发泡倍数和泡沫稳定性试验确定发泡剂的最佳用量,研究结果表明,动物蛋白发泡剂最适宜400kg/m3以下的低密度泡沫混凝土;发泡剂溶液的浓度在2.5%时发泡倍数最高,稳定性最好。In order to prepare the high-quality foam to guarantee the excellent property of low density foam concrete, the lass of foaming agent is determined by the theoretic research. The optimized dosage of foaming agent is determined by the foaming multiple and foam stability test of the foaming agent. The study result shows that the animal albumen faming agent is mostly suitable for the low density foam concrete below 400kg/m3, and the foaming multiple is the highest and its stability is the best when the concentration of foaming agent is 2.5%.
