摘 要:随着电力市场的日益开放,具备发电和储电设备的发用储一体化用户逐渐成为分布式能源并网的新兴力量。在以实时电价为发展方向的新一代电网中,作为电力市场的参与者,每个发用储一体化用户都希望利用实时电价特性,制定最优并网方案,实现自身的经济效益最大化。针对该问题,建立了小型一体化用户并网经济运行模型,设计了四种电能调度策略,并采用贪婪随机自适应搜索和变邻域下降法相结合的混合算法优化各策略对应的调度方案,最后分析各经济性。仿真结果表明,所提模型准确反映了小型发电储一体化用户的并网运行特性,给出的调度策略及设计的混合算法可有效提高用户系统的经济性。With the electricity market being increasingly open, those end-users of Grid, who have their own generating and storage devices, are taking active part in distributed re- sources integrations. With the future grid working towards re- al-time pricing mechanism, as participators of electricity market, all the complex users try to make wise integration decisions according to real-time pricing to maximize their benefit. In view of this problem, an economic model of unified users is built and four different distribution strategies are designed to test the validation of the model and the corresponding economy of each strategy. With the constraints and the characteristics of the model considered, a hybrid metaheuristic based on Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure (GRASP) and Variable Neighbourhood Descent (VND) is proposed for simulation and calculation. The results prove that the model and the GRASP+VND hybrid algorithm is effective for analysing the economical operation of those combined end-users, and also suggest that the optimized scheduling method can well enhance users' economy.
