摘 要:为研究静电放电对火工品作用性能的影响情况,采用静电放电模拟发生器对某爆炸桥丝火工品进行了较高电压的静电放电刺激,用微焦距工业CT观测了静电放电造成的损伤效应,并对刺激后火工品的作用性能参数进行了测试。研究结果表明,在试验采用的条件下,静电通过火工品脚-脚放电时,未对其作用性能产生影响;而当静电通过火工品脚-壳放电时,由于对火工品始发装药造成了一定程度的损伤,影响其正常传爆过程,导致部分火工品未能发火。研究结果对于了解静电放电对火工品作用性能的影响情况有一定意义。In order to study the performance of initiators affected by electro-static discharge (ESD), a ESD simulator was used to bring high voltage stimulus to exploding bridgewire detonators. Then the damage effects caused by ESD were observed by microfocus X-ray industrial volume computed tomography(μCT), and the performance parameters of detonators after ESD stimulation were tested. The results shows that there is no change for performance of the detonator in the condition of electro-static stimulation between bridgewires, while stimulation between bridgewire and shell makes damage to initial explosive to some extent, the affected process of explosive results in no fire for part of detonators naturally. The research contributes to realize the performance of exploding bridgewire detonators affected by ESD.
