摘  要:采用自由式霍普金森杆和扫描电镜(SEM),以针刺延期雷管和裸药柱为研究对象,对不同过载冲击下硼系延期药的形貌特征及性能变化规律进行了研究;并根据药剂形貌特征变化,分析了装药压力对硼系延期药耐高过载性能的影响。结果表明,过载冲击强度越大,延期药微观形貌受损越严重;延期药装药压力为100MPa时,过载冲击对组分微观形貌无影响,装药压力为400MPa时,过载冲击会破坏组分微观形貌,导致延期药燃速加快,精度变差。Using SEM and FPHB method, and making naked grain and stab delay detonators as study object, the morphology and properties of boron delay composition after different high-overload impact were analyzed. Also, based on the morphology change, the influence of charge pressure on the anti-overload properties of dealy composition was explored. Results shows that, when the charge pressure came down to the 100MPa, the impact of overload on the composition is limited, when the charge pressure rose to 400MPa, high overload impact will destruct compositions' micro-structure, which cause faster burning rate and worse precision.
