摘 要:采用室内流水养殖,以未添加枯草芽孢杆菌饲料和分别添加1、2、4、8、16g·kg-1枯草芽孢杆菌(粉剂有效活菌数1.0×108 cfu·g-1)饲料饲喂黑鲷幼鱼,探讨其对黑鲷幼鱼生长、消化酶活性及抗氧化功能的影响以及最适添加量。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌可提高黑鲷幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率,当添加量达2g·kg-1时,增重率和特定生长率最高(P<0.05),而后下降。存活率、肝体指数与对照组无显著差异。添加枯草芽孢杆菌组黑鲷幼鱼血清总蛋白水平显著高于对照组,添加量为2g·kg-1时达最大值;各组间葡萄糖、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性无显著差异;血清过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高;肝脏谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性也显著提高;胃、前肠和肝脏蛋白酶活性显著升高,淀粉酶和脂肪酶差异不显著,仅中肠脂肪酶活性略高于对照组。结果提示在黑鲷幼鱼饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌能显著提高其增重率、特定生长率,提高消化酶活性和抗氧化功能,最适添加量为2g·kg-1。Effects of dietary Bacillus subtilis (BS) on growth performance, digestive enzyme activity and antioxidant function of juvenile black sea bream (Acanthopagrus schlegelii) were studied. Fish in flow-through circular system indoors were fed with six diets containing0 (CK), 1 (T1), 2 (T2), 4 (T3), 8 (T4) and 16 (TS) g·kg^-1 feed of BS (with live bacteria content of 1.0× 10^8 cfu ·kg^-1 powder) respectively. Results showed that growth performance was significantly influenced by dietary BS levels with largest weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) occurred in T2 and decreased thereafter, while survival rate and hepatosomatic index showed no difference. Besides, serum concentration of total protein (TP) was significantly improved by dietary BS while those of glucose, ALT and AST were not affected. However, hepatic concentration of ALT and AST as well as CAT and SOD activities were significantly improved by dieta- ry BS. The same tendency was found in protease activity of stomach, foregut and liver. While refers to activities of amylase and lipase, only lipase activity in midgut was significantly affected by dietary BS. In conclusion, proper inclusion level of BS (about 2 g·kg^-1) could improve growth performance and antioxidant function of juvenile black sea bream.
