摘 要:目的:建立HPLC测定不同产地毛果婆婆纳中桃叶珊瑚苷和梓醇含量的方法。方法:采用外标法,Gemini C18(110 A°,4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(3∶97)流动相洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长203 nm。结果:测得11个产地毛果婆婆纳中桃叶珊瑚苷和梓醇含量最高分别为6.82、8.18 mg·g-1,最低1.01、1.28 mg·g-1,平均含量4.95、4.16 mg·g-1。不同产地毛果婆婆纳中桃叶珊瑚苷和梓醇含量由于土壤、海拔、等各种因素影响差异明显。结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确、可靠,可用于对毛果婆婆纳药材进行质量控制。An HPLC method was developed for quantization of aucubin and catalpol in herbs of Veronica eriogyne H. Winkl from different habitats. Samples were analyzed on an Gemini C18 column (110 Ao, 4.60 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-water (3:97) as mobile phases. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was set at 25℃. The DAD detector wavelength was set at 203 nm. The results showed that the maximum content of aucubin and catalpol in V . eriogyne H. Winkl from 11 habitats were 6.82, 8.18 mg·g^-1, and the minimum content were 1.01, 1.28 mg·g^-1. The average contents were 4.95, 4.16 mg·g^-1 respectively. Great differences of aucubin and catalpol contents were shown in V . eriogyne H. Winkl from different habitats due to various factors, such as oil, alti-tude and so on. It was concluded that this method was convenient to use with accurate and reliable results, which can be used for quality control of V . eriogyne H. Winkl.
