摘　　要：新生儿溶血病（hemolytic disease of the newborn，HDN）是由于孕妇和新生儿之间血型不合而产生的免疫性疾病，是造成新生儿病理性黄疸的常见原因之一，最常见的是由IgG抗-D引起，IgG抗-E次之。Summary Observation the Serological findings of hemolytic disease of newborn caused by maternal fetal RH blood group incompatibility. The use of indirect antiglobulin test and absorption elution test identification of maternal IgM/IgG anti -D, anti -E antibody in serum, and IgG anti-D, anti-E antibodies has caused Rh system hemolytic disease of the child through placenta.
