摘　　要：根据冲击电压测量技术的发展，介绍冲击电压测量系统的溯源和比对方法，并说明其校准可通过与认可的标准测量系统进行相互比对来实现。同时介绍1999～2001年进行的冲击电压测量国际比对的情况。This paper presents the method of traceability and comparison of impulse voltage measurements based on the development of the impulse voltage techniques．It also analyzes that fhe calibration of measuring systems may be realized through comparisons of impulse voltage measurements． The international comparison of impulse voltage measurement systems in 1999～2001 is introduced．
