摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定西瓜和西瓜土壤中的多菌灵残留,用稀盐酸溶液提取,经液液分配净化,外标法定量。结果表明:多菌灵的峰面积与进样浓度在0.005~2.0 mg/L范围内呈线性相关,在西瓜、土壤中的检出限分别为0.01、0.02 mg/kg;添加浓度为0.05、0.5、1 mg/kg的多菌灵在西瓜上的平均回收率为83.46%~104.84%,变异系数为2.28%~6.03%;在土壤中的平均回收率为84.70%~102.36%,变异系数为2.01%~5.45%。A method for determining carbendazim residue in watermelon and soil was developed by HPLC using external standard method for quantitation. Samples were extracted with the mixed solution of methanol and dilute hydrochloric acid. The extracts were cleaned up by liquid-liquid separation. The relation of carbendazim peak area and sample injection concentration exhibited linearity in a range from 0.005 to 2.0 mg/L.The detection limit of carbendazim was 0.01 mg/kg for watermelon, and 0.02 mg/kg for soil. Test results of spiked recoveries of three mass levels indicated that average spiked recovery rates of carbendazimin ranged from 83.46% to 104.84% for watermelon, and the RSD was from 2.28% to 6.03%; average spiked recovery rates of carbendazimin ranged from 84.70% to 102.36% for soil, and the RSD was from 2.01% to 5.45%.
