摘　　要：采用"IncoPat科技创新情报平台"作为数据源对橡胶机械产业的专利进行全面的检索,并形成专利数据库,然后从全球和中国两个不同层面对橡胶机械产业的专利发展态势、专利技术布局、专利技术研发热点、专利申请人和专利运营等方面进行对比分析,从而为中国相关产业开展创新活动提供参考。Using the patent information retrieval and analyzing service platforms of IncoPat, the patent database for the research was constructed, and the patent information was investigated from the perspectives of developing trend, patent layout, competitive situation, tech- nological distribution, applicants, patent licensing and patent assignment. The findings would provide a valuable source of reference for the development of rubber machinery industry in China.
