摘  要:通过对600 MW机组配套的国产单级双吸离心卧式主油泵特性进行了试验研究,获得了主油泵出口压力与流量、转速等的关系,并将试验油泵运用某工程。结果表明自主化主油泵的性能达到设计要求,能够满足工程实用要求。该项为大功率机组主油泵的国产化奠定了基础,提供了工程设计所需要的试验数据,具有重要的工程实用价值。Based on experimental investigation on characteristics of single-stage double-suction centrifugal horizontal large main oil pumps for 600 MW power plant unit, this paper introduces the co-relations hetween the outlet pressure, flow and speed, etc. of the pumps. Operation of the experimental mainoil pamp in a project turbine unit shows that the performance of the said type of oil pumps can meet the design and project requirements. Having arrived at experimental data to the requirement of project engineering, the investgation establishes a foundation for domestic manufacturing of the oil pumps for large-capacity power plant units, which can has an important practical value and reference for other projects.
