摘　　要：主要介绍了紫兰坝水轮发电机组调速系统构成及工作原理,全面分析了调速系统出现油压装置油泵启动较频繁、调速系统耗油量增大等故障现象的可能原因和疑点,通过排查和应用参数优化设计的方法解决了3台机组出现的问题,为解决同类故障提供了有价值的参考。This paper mainly introduces the working principle of speed regulating system of Zilanba Power Station. An overall analysis is made on causes for frequent restarts of oil pressure pump and increases of oil consumption, and so on. Finally, the problems have been solved through the investigation and applieation of parameter optimization methods. This paper provides a valuable reference to solve the similar fault.
