摘　　要：建立了皮革中乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯的检测方法。采用超声波辅助甲醇对样品进行萃取，萃取温度50℃、时间30 min，萃取液经聚四氟乙烯滤膜过滤后，用气相色谱串联质谱法（GC-MS）进行测定。当标样的质量浓度为1-15 mg/L时，线性相关系数≥0.9990，检出限0.1 mg/kg，空白样品的加标回收率为≥90%。The detection method of 2-Ethoxyethyl acetate in leather by GC-MS was established using methanol as an extraction agent with ultrasonic assistance, extraction temperature 50 ℃ for 30 min after the solution filtered through polytetrafluoroethylene film. The linear correlation coefficient is above 0.9990 in standard sample concentration range of 1-15 mg/L. The detection limit was 0.1 mg/kg, and the recover-ies were also greater than or equal to 90%in the blank sample.
