摘 要:水力压裂是致密煤岩气井投产的重要完井技术之一,其中压裂液体系又是压裂技术的关键。针对煤岩储层低孔、低渗、孔喉细小、易被压裂液损害的特点,以及解吸—扩散—渗流的多尺度产气机理,运用损害评价仪和煤岩解吸附实验设备,对几种典型的压裂体系和添加剂进行评价,结果表明:1.0%KCl+0.6%微乳助排剂对水润接触角改变程度最小,更有利于排液,并且损害最小。现场试验表明,新型压裂液体系能够促进人造裂缝附近煤层气解吸,缩短排采时间63 d,达到快速脱气的效果;提高采气初期人造裂缝附近的煤层气渗透率提高煤层气的压裂效率,为煤层气压裂液研究提供了新的思路。Hydraulic fracturing is one of the important techniques for well completion during putting into production of tight coal gas producers. And,fracturing fluid system is the key of fracturing technique. Focusing on the features of coal reservoir such as low porosity,low permeability,tiny porous throat and vulnerable to damage by fracturing fluid and taking into account of the mechanism of multi-dimensional gas production such as desorption – diffusion-seepage,several typical fracturing systems and additives have been evaluated by means of damage evaluation device and experimental facility of coal rock desorption. The results indicated that minimum change of water wet contact angle is resulted by 1. 0% KCl + 0. 6% micellar cleanup additive,more favorable for liquid displacement along with minimum damage. It is shown from field pilot that the new fracturing fluid system can promote the desorption of coaled methane nearby artificial facture and the extraction time is shortened by 63 days,delivering an effect of quick degassing. The increase of permeability of coaled methane nearby artificial fracture at the initial stage of gas extraction can enhance the fracturing efficiency of coaled methane,providing a new idea for the study of coaled methane fracturing fluid.
