摘 要:使用FATSC实验模拟装置研究了酸用量、酸类型、岩性、岩石纹理、溶蚀量、温度、缝宽、注入速率和注入方式等因素对酸蚀导流能力的影响。结果表明:高闭合应力时,交联酸更有利于提高酸蚀裂缝导流能力;酸蚀导流能力受岩性和岩石纹理分布影响大,与岩石的酸溶解量线性关系较差;高温时酸蚀裂缝容易形成不连续、较深的点蚀坑,酸反应局部消耗多,降低酸蚀导流能力;交联酸与胶凝酸交替多级注入、闭合酸化等技术有利提高酸蚀导流能力。基于实验结果,对不同岩性碳酸盐岩提出针对性酸压工艺优化技术:纯灰岩使用交联酸酸压工艺、含泥灰岩使用交联酸与胶凝酸交替注入工艺、闭合酸化工艺。优化的酸压工艺技术现场应用后取得了很好的效果。FATSC simulation device was used to do research on the effect of acid dosage and type,lithology,rock texture,corrosion,temperature,fracture width,injection rate and mode on acid etched conductivity. The results show that crosslinked acid is conducive to the improvement of acid etched fracture conductivity in the case of high closure stress; acid etched conductivity is greatly influenced by lithology and rock texture,and has no obvious linear relation with rock dissolution in acid; at high temperature,the acid etched fracture can change into discontinuous and deeper corrosion pits,large local consumption of acid will reduce the final acid etched conductivity; multi-staged alternating injection of crosslinked acid and gelled acid and closing acidizing are effective ways to improve acid etched conductivity. Based on the experimental results,fit-for-purpose acid fracturing techniques were put forward for carbonate rocks of different kinds: namely,crosslinked acid fracturing for pure limestone,alternating injection of crosslinked acid and gelled acid and closing acidizing for muddy limestone. Field application shows the optimized acid fracturing techniques work well.
