摘  要:为提高渭北油田低孔、低渗、低压油藏的单井储量动用程度,增加油井产能,在渭北油田部署了超浅层大位垂比水平井——WB2P37井。在分析施工难点的基础上,对井身结构、井眼轨道设计、井眼轨迹控制、倒装钻具组合、钻井液技术,下尾管固井等关键技术进行了研究,保障了该井钻完井施工的顺利进行。该井完钻井深为1 656 m,完钻垂深为392.97 m,水平位移为1 384.44 m,位垂比为3.52,油层套管一次下入到井底,固井质量良好。该井试验表明:在渭北油田超浅储层,垂深大于390 m、水平段长为1 000 m的大位移水平井进行下尾管固井完井的方案是可行的。该技术对国内其他同类油田的开发具有借鉴意义。To enhance the producing degree of reserves in the low porosity,low pressure and low permeability oil reservoirs and increase well productivity in Weibei oilfield,Well WB2P37,a horizontal well with large displacement to vertical depth ratio,was deployed in the ultra-shallow formation of the oilfield. On the basis of analyzing the operational difficulties,a number of key techniques,including casing structure,design and control of wellbore trajectory,inversed BHA,drilling fluid technology and liner cementing were investigated,ensuring the smooth operation of drilling and well completion. Finished at 1 656 m MD,ie. 392. 97 m VD,the well has a horizontal displacement of 1 384. 44 m,a displacement to vertical depth ratio of 3. 52. Production casing was run in the bottom hole in one trip and cemented in good quality. It is shown from the test that the liner cementing and completion program is feasible for the extended reach horizontal wells with a vertical depth greater than 390 m and a horizontal section of 1 000 m long in the Weibei ultra-shallow formation. The technology also provides reference for the development of similar oilfields in China.
