摘　　要：针对大牛地气田下古生界碳酸盐岩储层普通酸化压裂工艺存在的酸液滤失控制差、酸岩反应速度快、酸蚀作用距离较短等问题,利用水平井多级管外封隔器分段转向酸化压裂工艺技术对奥陶系马家沟组储层进行了尝试。实际应用表明:转向酸与岩层反应剩下的残酸和鲜酸形成黏度差,具有很好的降滤及分流转向性能;酸化压裂管柱采用酸化压裂、生产联作管柱+裸眼封隔器+压裂滑套一体化结构,实现了一趟管柱完成裸眼分段完井、分段酸化压裂、排液、投产一体化作业,并获得了无阻流量为5.92×104m3/d的高产气流。In view of the problems occurred in the traditional acid fracturing of the Lower Paleozoic carbonate reservoir of the Daniudi gas field such as poor control of acid filtration loss,fast reaction between rock and acid and short etching distance,a trial test was made in the Ordovician Majiagou Formation reservoir through multi-stage external packers in horizontal wells by use of staged diversion acid fracturing. It is shown from the practical application that a viscosity difference is formed between the spent acid left after acid / rock reaction and the fresh acid,which works well in lowering filtration and diverting acid. The acid fracturing string has an integrated structure,including acid fracturing and production combined string + open hole packer + fracturing slide sleeve,realizing an integrated job by one trip to accomplish staged open hole completion,staged acid fracturing,liquid displacement and production start-up,a high yield gas stream was delivered at an OFP of 5. 92 × 104m3/d.
