急诊科不同带教方式下本科生临床实习效果的比较

摘  要:目的:探讨带教方式对医学本科生急诊科实习效果的影响。方法:90名本科实习生随机分为A、B、C三组,A组固定医生带教,B组医生轮流带教,C组医护复合带教。每周考核并比较各组急诊理论知识、操作能力、表达能力、医护合作及沟通能力。结果:第1周,医护合作能力C组优于A、B组(P=0.043);第2周,操作能力B、C组均明显优于A组,而医护合作能力C组仍优于A、B组(P<0.05);第3周,操作能力、医护合作及沟通能力C组最优(P<0.05)。结论:医护复合带教有助于快速提高实习生急诊临床技能。Objective: To explore the influence of teaching styles on clinical competency of students practiced in the department of emergency. Methods: 90 five-year undergraduate students were randomly divided into three groups. Group A accepted fixed teaching mode,Group B took turns to teach,and Group C took compound teaching mode. Theoretical emergency knowledge,emergency clinical skills,expression ability,communication collaboration capacity were assessed weekly. Results: in the first week,communication collaboration capacity in group C was superior to those of group A and B( P 0. 05); in the second week,clinical skills of group B and C were better than that of group A,while communication collaboration capacity in group C was better than those in group A and B( P 0. 05); in the third week,both clinical skills and communication collaboration capacity of group C were best among the three groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The doctor and nurse joint teaching model with short-term nursing practice may help students enhance clinical emergency competence quickly.
