摘 要:目的:研究全方位教学质量监控对中青年教师教学质量提高的作用。方法:随机抽取中青年教师组成实验组、对照组,每组各15名,连续三学年对实验组实施全方位教学质量监控,对照组无监控,对每组及组间的中青年教师每学年教学质量总评分及四方面评价内容的评分进行t检验比较、分析。结果:实验组教师第三学年教学质量评分高于对照组教师的教学质量评分,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组教师第二、三学年的教学质量评分中教学方法、讲授能力评分均高于第一学年,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全方位教学质量监控对提高中青年教师的教学质量有显著作用,主要体现教学方法的改进和讲授能力的提高;需长期性实施才能起作用。Objective: To study the impact of a full range of teaching quality monitoring on the improvement of young teacher's teaching.Methods: 15 young teachers were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. A full range of teaching quality monitoring was carried out three years in a row for the experimental group,while control group received no monitoring. T test results of four aspects of teaching quality were compared between groups and among members of each group. Results: The scores of experimental groups in the third year were higher than those of the control group. It showed significant differences( p〈0. 01). Experimental group's scores for teaching quality,teaching methods,lecturing ability of experimental groups in the second year and the third year were higher than those of the first year and higher than that of the control group( p〈0. 05). Conclusion: A full range of teaching quality monitoring has significant effect on improving teaching quality which is mainly reflected in teaching methods improvement and lecturing ability for young teachers.
