摘　　要：针对军队战备物资社会化储备的主要模式——"以厂代储",从平时物资管理、战时物资保障流程、资金安全和信息安全4个方面分析风险的存在形式以及产生原因,并根据其特点,提出风险防范的对策。Aiming at the main mode of socialized reserve about combat readiness materials, namely substitute storage by factory, based on the material management, combat material support flow and information safety, this paper analyzes its presence forms and its cause of the risk, and then the countermeasures of the risk prevention are proposed according to the characteristic of the risk. It can offer certain reference for some the correlative organization.
