基于合同储备的军地物资联储经济分析

摘　　要：合同储备是军地联储模式下的一种新型储备方式,以物资供应链整体利润和对物资需求的保障能力最大化为目标,构建了基于合同储备的军地物资联储经济模型。在需求函数已知情况下,通过该模型可以确定物资储备总量及储备量在军队实物储备、合同企业实物储备和合同企业生产能力储备之间的分摊比例;分别从合同企业和军队的角度,分析了基于合同储备的军地联储相关经济补贴条件,为合同企业的遴选提供参考依据;结合实例对模型的有效性和可行性进行了检验。Contract reserve is a new type method under the military and civilian joint reserve mode. Based on it ,this paper constructs an economic model of the army and civilian joint reserve while using material supply chain profit maximization and material support capacity maximization as the goal, By adopting the model, the total amount of material reserve and the share proportion among army physical reserve, enterprise physical reserve and enterprise productivity reserve could be determined; Then this paper analyzed some economy subsidy conditions from the perspective of enterprise and army respec- tively ,which could provide some references for enterprise selection. Finally, feasibility and effectiveness of the model is testified by practical example.
