温和灸治疗周围性面瘫不同灸位的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察温和灸不同腧穴治疗周围性面瘫(急性期)的临床疗效,为艾灸选穴提供临床依据。方法选取符合纳入标准的周围性面瘫(急性期)患者85例,随机分为翳风组和下关组,分别对2组患者的翳风和下关穴施以温和灸,每次45min,每日1次,共10d;每次艾灸治疗后予以常规针刺治疗,每日1次,共20d,针灸10d为1个疗程。2个疗程后,采用改良Portmann评分标准作为疗效观察指标,并观察2组患者的热敏灸感出现情况。结果 2个疗程后,翳风组临床显效率为69.77%,下关组临床显效率为47.62%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);翳风组热敏灸感出现率为81.40%,下关组热敏灸感出现率为59.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翳风穴是温和灸治疗周围性面瘫(急性期)的较佳选穴,重视热敏灸感出现可以提高临床疗效。OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effect of mild moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis （acute phase） through the different acupoints and provide clinical basis for moxibustion in selecting acupuncture points. METHODS 85 cases with peripheral facial paralysis （acute phase） was selected and randomly divided into Yifeng （SJ17） group and Xiaguan （ST7） group. They received mild moxibustion respectively on Yifeng and Xiaguan, 45 minutes each time, once a day, with 10 days as a course. After mild moxibustion, routine acupuncture was given each time, 10 days as one course. After, two courses, modified Portmann criteria was used as indicators of clinical observation, and heat-sensation was observed. RESULTS After two courses, clinical efficiency of Yifeng group was 69.77 %, Xiaguan group was 47.62 %, and the result has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Heat-sensation rateof Yifeng group was 81.40%, Xiaguan group was 59.52%, and also has significant difference （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Yifeng is the better acupoint to treat peripheral facial paralysis （acute phase）, and paying much attention to heat-sensation can improve clinic efficiency.
