益气温阳方治疗儿童变应性鼻炎肺气虚寒证临床观察

摘　　要：目的以盐酸西替利嗪糖浆对照,评价益气温阳方对儿童变应性鼻炎肺气虚寒证的临床疗效。方法多中心对照研究,随机分为益气温阳方组和阳性药物对照组,2组各30例,疗程4周。观察治疗前后症状、体征积分变化。结果益气温阳方组显效率为26.67%,总有效率83.33%,阳性药物对照组显效率为30.00%,总有效率为86.67%,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);远期疗效评价,益气温阳方组显效率为30.00%,总有效率80.00%,阳性药物对照组显效率为20.00%,总有效率为66.67%,2组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论益气温阳方治疗儿童变应性鼻炎肺气虚寒证具有良好的近期疗效和远期疗效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effects of Yiqi Wenyang Fang on deficiency and cold of lung qi syndrome of allergic rhinitis in children,taking cetirizine hydrochloride flunarizine syrup as the control agent.METHODS Multi-centered comparative study was performed and all randomized into Yiqi Wenyang Fang group and the positive drug group as the control group with 30cases in each group and lasting for 4weeks.Changes in the integral of symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS The remarkable effective rate of Yiqi Wenyang Fang group was 26.67%,and the total effective rate was 83.33%;the remarkable effective rate of positive drug control group was 30%,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.There was no significant difference between 2groups（P〉0.05）.For the promote Evaluation of curative effect,the remarkable effective rate of Yiqi Wenyang Fang group was 30%,and the total effective rate was 80%;the remarkable effective rate of the positive drug control group was 20%,and the total effective rate was 66.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Yiqi Wenyang Fang in the treatment of deficiency and cold of lung qi syndrome of pediatric allergic rhinitis may have both short-term and long-term good therapeutic effects with obvious safety.
