摘　　要：当前,我国行政监督系统还存在多元主体运作方式混乱,职责权限不明确,领导结构模式不合理等问题,严重地阻碍了行政监督系统的协同运行。本文在阐释行政监督系统协同度的现实依据、理论基础和基本内容的基础上,设计出基于协同度测评的行政监督系统优化对策研究的框架,以期通过对行政监督系统协同度研究的相关理论、协同机理、协同模型构建等内容的实地测评,探寻优化行政监督系统运行主体、运行程序、运行机制的对策。China＇s current administrative supervision system still exists some problems：the operation of multiple subjects is chaotic; the responsibility and authority are not clear,the mode of leadership structure is unreasonable.These problems have seriously hindered the coordinated operation of administrative supervision system. This study discussed the reality basis,theoretical foundation and basic content of the synergy degree of the administrative supervision system. On this basis,the author stfiked out a framework on the optimization countermeasures of administrative supervision system based on synergy degree evaluation.The author wants to find out the optimization of the operation subject,the operation procedure,and the operation mechanism of administrative supervision system by field evaluation of the theory,the synergistic mechanism,and the construction of synergistic model of the synergy degree of administrative supervision system.
