摘 要:文章介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的沼气工程的恒温监控系统,该系统利用LabVIEW的模糊控制和PID工具相结合的方法,通过控制太阳能和地热能水泵的开闭实现了对沼气工程恒温50℃发酵。同时设计报警监控模块,实现对整个工程的实时监控。结果表明,该系统对沼气工程的主要参数实现了智能控制、实时监控,通过模糊PID恒温控制,提高了产气率。采用模糊PID控制方法能有效的缩短系统的调节时间,提高响应速度,增强了系统的动态响应性能。A kind of thermostatic control system for biogas project based on virtual instrument was introduced in this paper. This system adopted LabVIEW fuzzy control and combined with PID toolkit. The constant fermentation temperature of 50℃ was realized through the control of solar energy and open-and-close of geothermal pump. And a alarm monitoring module was designed at the same time so that to realize the real-time monitoring for the whole project. The experimental showed that the designed monitoring system could intelligently monitor and control the main parameters and achieve rel-time monitoring for biogas project. And constant temperature was realized by the fuzzy PID temperature control, and so gas production rate was increased. And it was showed that this PID control system could shorten the adjusting time for the biogas project, improve the response speed and enhance the dynamic response performance of the system.
