摘 要:目的了解二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)职业暴露人群的暴露水平及其危害情况,为今后制定DMF职业暴露人群的健康防护措施提供依据。方法整理分析某区DMF职业暴露人群和一般人群体格检查、血常规、肝功能指标及肾功能指标等体检资料,采用Excell进行数据录入,使用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析,运用卡方检验、t检验与对照组或/和标准参照值进行比较。结果研究组体重、身高、血压和彩超结果与对照组人群无明显差异;研究组心率慢于对照组,差异有统计学意义;研究组心电图异常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;血常规异常率结果显示,研究组和对照组之间有统计学差异的指标为血红蛋白、单核细胞(研究组偏高)和淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞(对照组偏高);肝功能异常率结果显示,研究组ALT、ALP和AST异常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;肾功能检测异常率结果显示,研究组亚硝酸盐阳性、酮体阳性和尿蛋白阳性异常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论暴露于DMF对人的心脏、肝脏和肾脏有一定的损害。应积极加强对DMF暴露环境的监测和职业人群的防护,同时完善要相应的体检制度。OBJECTIVE To understand the DMF occupational exposed population exposure level and its harm, and provide scientific evidence for developing health protection measures of DMF occupational exposed population. METHODS Analysis were carried out on physical examination data including physical check, blood, liver function and renal function with Excell data entry, SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis; Chi-square test, t test were used to compare with the control group, and/or standard reference value. RESULTS The height, weight,blood pressure and color Doppler ultrasound of research group were no significant difference comparing to the control group; The heart rate of research group was slower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; the rate of abnormal electrocardiogram of research group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; the blood abnormality detection rate results show that the control group and the exposed group there were indicators of the significant difference between hemoglobin and monocytes (DMF occupational exposure group high), lymphocytes and eosinophils (control group high). Liver function test results showed that the abnormal rates of ALT, ALP and AST of research group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant;.renal function tests shows that the abnormal rate of NIT, KET and PRO of research group is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSION DMF exposure might cause adverse effect on heart, liver and kidney. The results suggested that the protection of the environment and occupational groups exposed to DMF should be actively promoted; the examination system should be improved.
