摘  要:径向锻机采用多向同步快速锻打,是锻造轴管类零件的重要设备,特别适用于航空航天用难变形材料的成形。结合径向锻造的原理给出了其基本特征。分析了机械式径向锻机和液力式径向锻机的特点及这两类径向锻机的局限。指出液压式径向锻机可根据材料和锻件外形灵活的设计锤头的运动曲线、压下量、保压时间和锻造频次,在航空航天领域应用潜力广阔。With muhidirectional and synchronous high speed forging, the radial forging machine is especially suitable for the hard deformation material forming and has become a kind of main equipment for the aeronautic shaft and tube production. The radial forging basic features are given by presenting the deformation process principles. The characteristics of mechanical drive press and hydromechanical drive press are analyzed and the limitations of these two types of radial forging machine have been presented. The hydraulic radial forging machine can flexibly change the hammer motion, the height reduction, the holding time and the forging frequency basing on the product material and shape. Therefore the hydraulic radial forging machine has a large application potential in the field of aeronautics.
