摘  要:阐述了高频激振阀的结构和工作原理,针对高频激振阀的现有结构,建立了阶梯楔形间隙摩擦副之间的动态润滑数学模型,依据雷诺方程建立了楔形间隙的油膜剪切应力方程和压力分布。在此基础上推导出了沿着阀芯运动方向的总摩擦力和摩擦力矩,并研究了阀芯在高速转动中所受的瞬态液动力。Firstly, the structure and working principle of the high-frequency excitation valve are introduced. Aiming at the existing structure of the high-frequency excitation valve, a mathematical model of dynamic lubrication between the ladder wedge gap friction pair is established. According to the Reynolds equation, the oil film shear stress and pressure distribution of the wedge-shaped gap are established. On this basis, the total friction and friction torque along the direction of spool motion are built, and the transient flow force of spool at high speed rotation is studied.
