农户参与灌溉管理改革意愿的影响因素分析——基于内蒙古的农户微观调查数据

摘　　要：利用内蒙古地区313户农户调查数据,运用Logit模型从理论与实证上对农户参与灌溉管理改革意愿的影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,69.97%的农户愿意参与灌溉管理改革,对改革表示认可,30.03%的农户不愿意参与改革,对改革不认可或持无所谓态度。农户参与灌溉管理改革的行为受到户主的文化程度、水浇地面积、种植业收入比例、农户社会资本、当地政府支持程度以及农户对灌溉管理改革内容的了解程度等6个因素的影响。而年龄、劳动力数比例、农户家人有无村干部、非农劳动人数占比等4个变量的影响不显著。Based on questionnaires of 313 peasant households in Inner Mongolia, we evaluated the factors influencing the peasant household ＇s willingness to participate in irrigation management reform, and used a Eogit model to analyze the impact factors on peasant household＇s willingness. The empirical study shows that 69.97% of farmers are willing to participate in the reform of irrigation management participate in the reform, peasant household＇s willingness to participate cantly affected by education level of the household head, irrigated area, , 30.03% of the farmers are reluctant to in irrigation management reform is signififarming capita, local government support, and the awareness of irrigation management change as these factors changed, age, percentage of labors, village cadres, and have not significant impacts on peasant households＇ willingness to participate in income ratio, households＇ social reform, etc, and continuously percentage of non - farm labors irrigation management reform.
