巨刺运动疗法治疗肩关节周围炎即刻效应临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察巨刺运动疗法对于肩关节周围炎疼痛及关节功能活动的即刻疗效。方法将60例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为巨刺运动组30例和常规针刺组30例。巨刺运动组选取阿是穴的健侧对应点,针刺得气后嘱患者活动患侧肩关节;常规针刺组取肩贞、肩髃、臂臑、曲池、外关、后溪及阿是穴。对比2组即刻镇痛及即刻关节活动度改善情况。结果2组治疗后即刻疼痛及功能活动均明显改善,但巨刺运动组总有效率为97%,常规针刺组为90%,巨刺运动组的总体疗效优于常规针刺组。结论巨刺运动疗法治疗肩关节周围炎时的即刻镇痛和即刻关节功能活动改善效果明显优于常规针刺治疗。Objective It is to observe the immediate effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis by contralateral meridian needling combined movement therapy for pain and the shoulder joint function.Methods 60 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups：contralateral meridian needling combined movement group（the treatment group,30 cases） and regular acupuncture group（the control group,30 cases）.The treatment group were needled Ashi point selected the contralateral corresponding points,acupunctured patient was asked to activity ipsilateral shoulder after the Qi circulated.The control group were needled Jianzhen,Jianyu,Binao,Quchi,Waiguan,Houxi and Ashi point.The clinical efficacy of analgesic and immediate improvement of joint mobility were compared.Results The immediate pain and mobility were obviously improved after treatment in both groups,but the total effective rate was 97% in treatment group and 90 in control group.Compared the overall effect of needling,the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Contralateral meridian needling combined movement therapy has immediate effect on analgesic activity and improving function of the shoulder joint,which is better than the routine acupuncture.
