摘  要:采用TRNSYS对分别位于我国南方和北方的两栋办公建筑的温度湿度独立控制空调系统进行了模拟,并测试了其实际运行情况,发现系统各部分运行能效与模拟值存在差异,其中冷源和系统的实测节能率均比模拟值低10%以上。分析了空调系统各个组成部分的运行情况。结果表明,由于设计阶段室内热、湿负荷的预估以及设备选型过大,并且缺乏有效的运行调节措施,致使温度湿度独立控制空调系统没能体现出相对于传统空调系统的节能优势,建议从设计思路和运行策略两方面进行改进。Simulates the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning systems of two office buildings in south and north China by TRNSYS,respectively.Tests the actual operating condition of the two systems.Finds that there exits gap between the simulation and the actual energy efficiency for every part of the system.The actual energy saving rate for both the cold sources and the entire system is 10% lower than that of the simulation.Analyses the operating condition for every part of the system.The results show that energy saving advantage of the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning systems is not obvious compared to the traditional system.The reason is that the design load and equipment selection is not appropriate.In addition,there is a lack of effective operational mode and adjustment measures.It is suggested to modify the design ideas and the control strategy.
