摘 要:采用外套预制钢筋混凝土墙加固后的老旧砌体住宅结构属于较复杂的砌体-混凝土混合结构,抗震性能有待研究,且加固方案尚存在优化空间。基于一个采用外套预制钢筋混凝土墙加固后的老旧砌体住宅足尺模型的拟静力及拟动力试验结果,建立并校对了复杂混合结构的有限元数值分析模型,通过推覆分析方法考察了加固墙体数量、长度和配筋率对加固结构抗震性能的影响。最后,基于参数分析的结果对加固方案提出了优化设计建议。The old masonry residence strengthened by external prefabricated reinforced concrete walls belongs to the complex masonry-concrete hybrid structural system, the seismic performance of which is yet to be studied and the seismic strengthening scheme of which needs to be optimized. A sophisticated finite element numerical model was established and verified based on quasi-static test and quasi-dynamic test results of a full-scale structure strengthened by external prefabricated reinforced concrete walls. The influence of the number, length and reinforcement ratio of the strengthening concrete wall on the seismic performance of reinforced structure were studied using the Pushover analysis. Finally, suggestions on optimal design of the seismic strengthening scheme were proposed based on the parametric analysis results.
