摘  要:电力电缆的水树修复技术为电网企业解决老旧电缆问题提供了一条新思路。为此,对水树老化交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绝缘修复技术的国内外现状、在我国的应用及发展前景进行了介绍。重点对修复液成分、注入技术及相关监测手段的发展和现状做了归纳总结,提出了当前需要解决的问题,并结合实际运行电缆的修复实例,对修复效果进行了分析。实例分析显示,修复后电缆的绝缘水平在短时间内有了明显提高,因此,也说明该修复方法对老化电缆绝缘有很好的修复作用。Water-tree rejuvenation technology provides a novel solution for aged XLPE cables. The paper introduces the current domestic and international applications as well as the future application prospect in China of this technology for rejuvenating the insulation of aged XLPE cables. The fluid composition, the injection technology and the monitoring method are summarized and the problems are pointed out that need to be solved. Based on a case study of cable rejuvenation, the rejuvenation effectiveness is analyzed, which shows that the insulation level of the rejuvenated cables is improved substantially in the short term. It can be concluded that this rejuvenation method is effective for rejuvenating the insulation of the aged cables.
