摘　　要：采用英国水力集团公司(HAL)SSL公司的VariSim动态模拟分析软件,建立在线实时监控系统和离线仿真培训系统模型。在线实时仿真需要从SCADA系统中实时获得模型驱动所需要的关键性数据。VariSim"白箱"在线模型,实时利用管道运行的数据对管道的实时状态进行完整的动态模拟仿真,可以用于仪表分析,管道泄漏检测和定位,清管球跟踪,批次和混油跟踪,全线任意位置点的压力、温度、流量预测等。在线仿真软件的实时动态模拟,可为管道的实际生产操作提供重要参考。This paper uses the VariSim dynamic simulation analysis software of SSL to establish the online real-time monitoring system and offline simulation training system model. The online real-time simulation needs to obtain critical data of model driving from the SCADA system. The ＂white box＂ online model of VariSim uses the operating data of pipeline to carry out complete dynamic simulation of the real-time status of the pipeline, which can be used for instrument analysis, leak detection and location, tracking of pigs, batches and mixed oil, the pressure, temperature and flow prediction at any position of the whole line. The real-time dynamic simulation of online simulation software can provide an important reference to the practical operation of pipeline.
