摘　　要：从电子政务的基本概念入手,论述了电子政务系统的功能,对电子政务系统的网络结构、体系模型和总体结构进行了分析,并给出了电子政务平台的应用实例,为政府构建电子政务平台提供了理论支持和技术支撑。From the basic concept of E-government, this paper discusses the function of E-government system, the networkstructure of E-government system, the system model and general structure is analyzed, finally, gives the application examples ofE-government platform, provides the theory and technical support for the government to build E-government platform.
