摘　　要：为满足学校津贴管理工作需求,根据单位的实际情况,利用Excel规划设计了津贴管理方法,经过两年的使用,效果良好。重点介绍Excel管理津贴的思路和具体做法。To meet the demand for managing performance salary of a school, according to the unit＇ s practical situation, theauthor planned and designed the performance salary management method using Excel, after using it for two years, the effectis satisfied. This paper mainly introduces the thought and specific practices of using Excel to manage performance salary.
