飞秒激光辅助的深板层角膜移植治疗圆锥角膜患者的护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨飞秒激光辅助的深板层角膜移植治疗圆锥角膜患者的护理方法。方法对9例10眼圆锥角膜患者行飞秒激光辅助的深板层角膜移植术，进行充分的术前、术中、术后护理，总结护理经验。结果所有患者术后效果满意，视力均有不同程度提高，达到治疗目的。1例患者术中出现角膜后弹力层微穿孔并发症。结论飞秒激光辅助的深板层角膜移植术对圆锥角膜患者安全有效。术前协助患者做好飞秒激光参数设置相关的眼部检查，术中协助患者配合手术及严格无菌操作，术后严密观察病情变化，出院指导及随访是巩固治疗成果的重要环节。Objective To explore the nursing of patients with keratoconus after performing the deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty assisted by femtosecond laser .Methods 9 patients with keratoconus hadfemtosecond laser-assisted deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty . Adequate preoperative , intraoperative and postoperative nursing care was performed .Results All the patients were satisfied with the results of sugery and their visual acuity were improved for various status .The purpose of treatment was achieved .One patient had intraoperative complication of small descemet membrane perforation .Conclusions Our early results of femtosecond laser-assisted deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty turn to be safe and effective .The key nursing care of preoperative period is to help patients make ophthalmic examination related to parameter settings of femtosecond laser , and the intraoperative period is to help patients coordinate with surgery and closely observe the changes of patients .The instructions of discharge and follow-up are also the important parts of consolidation the therapy outcomes .
