摘  要:避免并消除拔长过程大锻件内部产生拉应力是制定锻造工艺应考虑的重要因素。应用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对大锻件的拔长过程进行了系统的数值模拟,通过分析不同工艺参数下,大锻件心部拉应力的变化,确定了对锻件心部应力状态影响较大的工艺参数。将砧宽比W/H和料宽比B/H作为工艺变量,用函数方程组描述锻件心部应力状态的变化趋势,为确保锻件心部在拔长变形过程中始终保持三向压应力状态提供了理论依据。During the manufacturing process of heavy forgings, it is necessary to avoid and eliminate tensile stress in cogging process. In this paper, with the systematical numerical simulation on cogging process by DEFORM-3D, the process parameters which could greatly affect the stress state on the central points of the ingot were determined. Then, the functional equations between the ratio of anvil width to billet height (AWR), the ratio of billet width to billet height (BWR) and the stress state of the ingot central point were also established. With the equations, theoretical guides could be provided to ensure the three-directional com- pressive stress state in the central area of heavy forgings during the hot forging process.
