银翘解毒合剂稳定性研究

摘　　要：采用薄层层析法(TLC)鉴别其中的主要药味金银花,并对pH值、相对密度进行测定,样品分别在温度40±2℃条件下放置3个月,室温光照15d,观察外观性状,结果表明该产品的质量稳定,在应用中能保证疗效。Experiment on the stability of Yingqiaojiedu oral solution was reported. The thinlayer chromatographic method was used for identification of Flos Lonicerae. Accelerated testswere applied to research the stability of Yingqiaojiedu oral solution. The result showed thatthe sample is stable under heat, light. It could ensure effect of treatment in the use.
