摘　　要：通过分析我国现行农地制度在实际运行过程中面临的3个主要问题:均分土地与规模经济、土地调整与长期投资、土地流传与资源配置效应,指出了改革的一些政策思路。this paper analyses the three main problem which exist in the course of applying ourpresent farm land system-dividing land equally and large-scale production, adjustingland and long-term investment, and land circulation and the effect of resources distribu-tion. It also points out some policies on land reform.
