Objective To analyze deceleration capacity of rate and its correlation with ventricular arrhythmia in hypertension patients. Methods one hundred and eighty hypertension patients without diabetes and other autonomic nerve function injury disease were enrolled, sixty healthy check-up during the same period as control group. All participants 24 hours holter recording , the DC and time-domain HRV parameters was measured by the original definitions using digitized 24 hours Holter recording, the Comparative analysis of hypertension and healthy control group and The Correlation of DC and HRV with VA in patients with hypertension was analyzed finally. Results DC and SDNN,SDANN,pNN50,rMSSD in hypertension Group were notablely decreased than control group (p〈0.05) and there is negative correlation between DC, SDNN, SDANN and VA level (p〈0.05). Conehmions The value of DC and HRV in patients with hypertension was significantly lower, and negatively correlated with VA levels in patients with hypertension. Early intervention on autonomic nervous function disorder may help to reduce the occurrence of VA in patients with hypertension.
