椎基底动脉供血不足急性发作的心电图分析

摘　　要：目的分析椎基底动脉供血不足急性发作时的心电图改变特征。方法对符合标准的106例患者心电图进行分析,比较发作时及发作后心电图变化。结果心电图异常主要表现为窦性心动过速、ST-T改变、心律不齐等,症状缓解后心电图一般可恢复正常。结论椎基底动脉供血不足急性发作时的心电图具有多样性和可逆性特点。Objective To analyze the characteristic of the ECG of acute episode of pateints with Vertebrobasilar Arterial Insufficiency. Methods A total of 106 patients who complied with a standard to be selected,then to analyze and compare to the ECG of acute episode and after attack. Results The abnormality of the ECG mainly were Sinus tachycardia,ST-T change,arrhythmia and so on,after attack the abnormal ECG generally can recover. Conclusions The ECG of acute episode of pateints with Vertebrobasilar Arterial Insufficiency have diversity and reversibility.
