摘 要:通过对西部40多个县区的村镇房屋抗震与节能现状进行实地考察和调研,分析总结了西部地区村镇房屋的典型结构体系、震害特点及其在抗震设防方面存在的普遍问题。重点结合7.22岷县、漳县地震中乡村房屋的震害表现,给出了提高西部地区房屋抗震能力的若干建议。提出了将村镇建筑抗震与节能同步改造、通盘解决的方案,介绍了试验研究的主要结果。Based on field investigation of seismie resistance of building and energy saving in 40's counties of western China, analyzed and summarized the typical structural system, characteristics of earthquake damage and general problem of earthquake fortifieation of rural buildings in western China. Some suggestions of improving the seismie resistant ability of rural buildings in western region were brought forward by referring the earthquake damage phenomenon of rural building during the 7.22 Minxian- Zhangxian earthquake. Proposed a scheme of which solving rural building earthquake resistant ability and energy saving rebuild synchronal and integral, and used as an example introduced main results of the experimental study.
