摘　　要：对欧美和日本造纸工业发达国家的纸厂计算机信息系统（CBIS）的过去、现状和发展动态进行了分析和总结，指出了目前存在的问题和集成化的发展趋势，为中国制浆造纸企业ＣＢＩＳ的研究和应用提供了有益的借鉴。This paper analyses and summarizes thoroughly, the past, present and development of mill-wide computer-based information systems (CBIS) in Europe, America and Japan where paper industries are developed. The current problems of CBIS and the future development in mill-wide CIMS are also laid out, Which are valuable to our country for guidance in researches and applications of mill-wide CBIS.
